Yes. Felt is offline-first. The only network calls are anonymous crash and usage diagnostics, which you can disable in iOS Settings.

Does Felt sync to other devices?

Not directly. Your data is included in iCloud Backup, so restoring a new iPhone restores your Felt history.

Is Felt a substitute for therapy?

No. Felt is a self-tracking and reflection tool, not a medical device. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
